the location was fantastic, everything was within walking distance. the room was super clean with a modern well-equipped bathroom. there were lovely touches, drinks in the fridge and hair straighteners in the room. the staff were friendly and accommodated an early check-in and late check-out.
the room size was small, much less than i expected for the cost. it barely had enough space to walk around the bed, and there was hanging space for only four hangers. i did miss drawers.

the room included a modern bathroom with excellent equipment. it offered lovely extras like complimentary drinks in the refrigerator. the available hair straighteners were very useful, improving the overall convenience. the room was super clean.

the staff members were invariably courteous. complimentary beverages and pasteis de nata were available in the lobby. the hotel also provided a complimentary taxi from the airport upon arrival. This saved me from navigating public transport.
the air conditioning system continued to make noise throughout the night, even after being turned off, which disturbed my sleep somewhat

The staff demonstrated superb professionalism. I also liked the restaurant with a patio. It provided a pleasant dining experience.
My room smelled strongly of cooking odors, specifically garlic. I also found that breakfast was in the basement.

The staff provided a free walking tour. It was led by the manager, fabio, and pedro from a sister hotel! the rooms had balconies facing a pretty square! i especially liked the free walking tour. It was educational!
The air conditioning blew directly onto the bed. It was difficult to adjust the airflow properly.
